Through this series of works, I am attempting to reflect on how we care for the ill, and how we chose through social barriers and structures to talk about illness and the discomfort these subjects bring. I started delving into the impact of illness on our vitality, quality of life and ability to experience our environment. Thinking specifically about the invisible imprisonment of the body by those suffering from chronic pain, illness and isolation.
